The mapz-API will enable you to integrate maps with metadata into websites and applications – in screen resolution, Retina resolution, or high-definition resolution.
Simple customizable views enhance your ability to enrich maps with your own metadata and interactive functions. Just follow our coding examples and step-by-step instructions and you'll be up and running in no time:
Discover how easy it is to display locations on a map, create text and picture overlays, plot places and routes or implement search functionality. To get full insight explore all of our coding examples.
In order to use our API, you will need an API-key. You can obtain a free demo key by simply emailing our server at demo.api.key@mapz.com. Demo keys are only for test purposes only; use outside of the testing environment is prohibited. These keys are temporary and are changed regularly; however, you are allowed to request more than one demo key for extended use.
With our step-by-step instructions, it's a walk in the park to integrate your first map into any project. You can use our coding examples to solve common tasks with minimal HTML, Javascript, and CSS coding experience.
Register for a permanent API-Key as soon you're ready to launch your project. We have simple and convenient pricing plans for every company size. Please email us at api.key@mapz.com for more information about obtaining a permanent API key. If you are a small startup or a charity, then please let us know. We would love to support you!
With our Print API, you can retreive map sections in the graphics industry's standard high resolution formats and integrate your own databank information into the maps before you print them. Find out more about our Print API.
